Rights of affected parties
Pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code, with reference to personal data, individuals retain the right to obtain the following information at any time:

(a) confirmation of the existence, or nonexistence, of this data and knowledge of its content and origin. Verification of the accuracy of the information, and the ability to request that it be supplemented, updated or corrected;
(b) deletion, conversion to anonymous format or blocking of information that is handled in violation of the law, including information that it is not related to the purpose for which that data was initially gathered or subsequently handled.
(c) Assurance that the activities in sections (a) and (b) have been communicated to anyone who received the information, including information on their content ,unless it would be impossible to do so or would require methods manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.

Afffected parties have the additional right to oppose the following, in whole or in part:

(a) Personal data that is handled for legitimate reasons, even if it is pertinent to the aims for which it was collected;
(b) use of their personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct marketing, or for the purposes of market research or business communications.

Affected parties are free to exercise the above rights at any time within the limits of the law by writing to enervit@enervit.it.
