Enervit R2 Sport is an energy supplement containing branch amino acids, l-glutamine, policosanols, vitamins and minerals designed to accelerate recovery processes after exercise for those who are involved in highly intense and prolonged sport activity. The sugars contained (dextrose, sucrose with maltodextrin) are well suited to replenish the body’s glycogen stores. Branch amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) promote restoration of correct protein levels and muscle tone. L-glutamine helps stave off fatigue. Vitamins C and E fight peroxidizing free radicals generated by energy cycles. Potassium, magnesium and vitamins are added to provide athletes with complete supplementation based on their increased requirements. Policosanols (from sugar cane) can help in fighting microsomal lipid peroxidation.
