Enervitene Sport Competition contains fructose and maltodextrin in the C.OX. formulation (a special mix of maltodextrines and fructose in 1,3:1 ratio). If taken in the appropriate ratios and quantities during activity, fructose and maltodextrin can improve assimilation and oxidation of carbohydrates contained in the supplement (compared with equivalent amounts of pure glucose) thus contributing to sparing glycogen stores. Each cheer pack contains 25 mg caffeine that has a favourable impact on carbohydrate metabolism during and after endurance activity.
